Sam Aboulhosn is a Fairfax, Virginia native. He has owned a restaurant, been in the chocolate industry for over 19 years and has owned three different chocolate factories in the DC area. He did his formal training in Florida with a renowned chocolatier. Sam has a passion for chocolate and enjoys being part of the Vienna community.

Staci Meruvia is a native Vienna resident. She has volunteered and chaired numerous auctions, been a travel agent and was a Flight Attendant for 16 years, so she understands the importance of customer service. Staci is excited that she has pursued her dream of owning and operating her own business in her hometown of Vienna.

Sam and Staci hope they have added to the Vienna and Church Street community by offering a hometown chocolate experience.
